Welcome to the Cruise Resize service.

Our aim is get your ring professionally resized and promptly back to you so you can get back to the fun part...wearing and enjoying it!

In order to ensure a smooth process please follow these simple steps:

​1) Securely package your ring. We recommend putting your ring in a ring box and using a padded envelope or using bubble wrap.

​2) Enclose the completed resize form you were issued onboard the ship. All fields must be completed, including the original receipt number.

3) Post the ring and resize form together to one of our service centers. We have centres in the UK, Australia, Italy, Germany, France, New Zealand and Canada. The address and advised postage instructions for each of our centres can be found on our locations tab. Please ensure you post your ring correctly as you are responsible for the shipment to our centre.

​4) Once you have sent your package, please email the service centre you have posted your ring to, advising of the tracking/postal reference number. 

​5) Your work is now done! Upon receipt, we will resize your ring within 14 days. Once complete,  we will send it back to you by the same secure insured service.
